Hello! I’m Joanna: wife, mama, believer, and the founder of Busy B VA, where I support minority and women owned businesses as their trusted Business BFF.

After over a decade of experience in admin, operations, and executive support (including nearly 2 years assisting a high-level fundraising consultant), I realized I had both the skills and the heart to create a business of my own. A business not just about getting tasks done, but on building real relationships that make business (and life) feel lighter.

At Busy B VA, I support busy entrepreneurs with everything from project management and CRM organization to SOP creation, invoicing, scheduling, and more. I work virtually (and in person for special cases), with a calm, consistent presence that clients can rely on.

What makes me different? I take the time to truly get to know you and your business, so I can support you in ways that feel intuitive, thoughtful, and personal. I show up for my clients with a servant heart, ready to be the steady, trustworthy presence behind the scenes.

Based in Vancouver, WA,  I’m also proud to serve our local women-run business community as the Membership Chair at WEO (Women Entrepreneurs Organization). We believe no business succeeds in isolation, and I bring that same belief to how I support my clients: we grow stronger together.
